Compliance Manager

We are looking for a Compliance Manager who has experience with the implementation and supervision of quality assurance routines, controls, and assessment processes for product compliance.

Your role is to involve and utilize the total capabilities with special focus on handling compliance for products developed by LEGO Foundation.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external stakeholders in developing LEGO Foundation products that live up to the high quality, safety and compliance standards in the LEGO Group
• Manage the technical audit program in Licensing & Extended Line (SQE/SQP program) to secure factory compliance in LEGO licensing and LEGO Foundation
• Ensure that product non-conformity cases are handled fast and expertly to make sure a high level of quality is maintained on products carrying the LEGO or the LEGO Foundation logo
• Assist in maintaining up to date processes for technical audit in other relevant areas of the LEGO Group

Purpose of Quality in Marketing & Merchandise is to develop and implement quality guidelines and standards and secure compliance on physical Marketing, Licensed and Merchandised products representing the LEGO brand. We are part of the Corporate Quality & EHS organization.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in related business studies, compliance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Quality management or Supply Chain Management
• 5 years’ experience within product quality or quality factory audit
• 3-5 years’ experience with partnerships/partner management
• Presentation skills and ability to communicate complex issues in an easy and accessible way
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Contract negotiation skills
• Structured ways of working
• Experienced in problem solving
• Experienced with root cause analysis
• Take responsibility and ownership
