Group Warranty Manager

As Svendborg Brakes’ QSE department are facing great challenges going forward, we are looking for a competent employee who is keen about Warranty and Claim Management. Maybe you are not an expert or a manager today, but your ambitions are heading in that direction and we can provide the path and the tools for the journey.

You will have the following tasks and responsibilities, amongst others:

  • Global process owner warranty processes, ensuring all costumer claims are handled according the defined process, at the right time and to customer’s high satisfaction.
  • Lead, communicate and develop effective follow up and analysis processes for claims
  • Coach and develop employees in warranty process globally
  • One point of contact customer claims
  • Facilitate high risk claim teams
  • Manage and control claim budget together with Corporate Quality Manager
  • Professional coaching using problem solving tools
  • Manage customer returned goods
  • Claims database owner and super-user
  • Change Management – represent quality in change management
  • Review existing policies and plan how to improve quality management systems within areas of responsibility

Qualifications:

  • Education: Could be various; engineering, manufacturing or similar. The main point is experience and relevant training within the areas
  • Persistent, positive and open minded attitude
  • Initiative rich and able to get things going, used to work with warranties and claims in quality environment, preferable knowledge with QDA, ISO and APQP4Wind.
  • Professional attitude that helps operating in all levels within the organization
  • Fluent in English – both in writing and spoken. Preferable you also speak Danish and/or another language
