For Aarsleff Rail A/S, we are looking for a concrete foreman to perform bridge construction along the railway.

You will be part of our nationwide bridge department, focusing on bridge projects along the railway. As we also have projects in Norway and Sweden, you need to be geographically flexible.

In the job you will be part of a rotation scheme where you follow your concrete team, typically working two weeks on the construction sites and one week off at home.

We also expect you to have documented experience of performing concrete work on bridges and that you are used to leading foreign employees.

As the largest Danish player in the railway area, Aarsleff Rail A/S has the expertise to carry out a wide range of railway work both in in-house production and in collaboration with other international specialists within railway facilities.

Planning, coordination, and execution

As a foreman, you will be involved in leading the construction site together with the construction managers and the project manager.

Your tasks are varied and comprise among other things:

• being in charge of the daily planning and coordination of the work in own team

• managing in-house production

• attending construction and safety meetings

• preparing documentation in connection with quality assurance

• applying all health & safety procedures during the work process ensuring compliance with the safety rules

• motivating your employees and creating a good workplace.

You should expect to live near the construction site, and Per Aarsleff A/S provides accommodation and transportation to the site.

Night and weekend work as well as work on public holidays may occur. We have a strong focus on the working environment and want to be the best in the industry, and therefore you must help to ensure that the tasks are carried out properly in relation to quality, environment and working environment.
