Regional Process Specialist - Material Management, Warehouse Governance

We are currently looking for a Regional Process Specialist to support the Regional Warehouse Governance Team for our Service Spare Parts & Supply Organization. The team is responsible for supporting our 3PL warehouse provider, warehouse processes, End to End support for SCM operations and continuous improvement projects within Material Management.

With report to the Team Lead of Warehouse Governance in the NEME region, you will act as the process specialist, specifically regarding warehouse operations ensuring that the KPI’s are met towards our customers. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders on continuous improvement projects to optimize the customer experience. You will part of the Regional Warehouse Governance team within our Regional Spare Parts & Supply Organization and located in Brande, Denmark.

How to contribute to our vision

As a Process Specialist you will be responsible for providing improvements to the flow of spare parts in warehouses and interaction with 3PL providers within NEME region. Support various project as a Subject matter expect for Material Management. Your primary tasks will be to drive continues improvements, identify process optimization and provide analysis to management.

The role includes analysis and identification of root causes and to develop solutions to problems associated with processes throughout the area of responsibility, and present business case and solutions to management. You will be tasked with advising management in delivery strategy related decisions, drive communication and support the implementation. You will be empowered to ensure the local process follows the Global process.

Additional contributions to the team will be:

  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve processes throughout the organization
  • Participate in and provide relevant input to projects and initiatives, which focus on MM processes.
  • Support 3PL with day to day operational issues
  • Govern the warehouse processes and maintain the process documentation

What you need to make a difference

As a person you are curious, structured and have a strategic and analytical mind-set that allows you to create overview and identify improvement opportunities.

You have 3-5 years of working experience from a larger international company, facilitating business process improvement, process re-engineering, process design and Lean or Six Sigma projects (Green belt or willing to certify). You have experience in processes and tools have a solid understanding of ERP systems such as SAP. Technical knowledge about SAP is not a requirement but would certainly be a benefit.

You have an analytic approach in problem solving and likes to work with data. Additionally, you are strong on deliverables and implementation being an excellent communicator who can work with people of all nationalities and across organizational levels.

You are detail oriented, good at multi-tasking/prioritizing the various tasks at hand and you possess excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, written and spoken is a requirement.
